The average sales price decreased 19.5% from $987,369 in February to $795,187 in March. March 2013 average sales price decreased 13.6% from the March 2012 average sales price which was $920,788.
Average days on the market decreased 19.9% from 216 in February to 173 in March. March 2012 average days on the market were 164, a 5.5% increase in market time.
Currently there are 351 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, up 12.8% from February. The average list price is $1,099,494, up 4.2% from February. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $95,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.

Lake Norman Waterfront Condos & Townhomes
