The average sales price increased 68% from $587,621 in January to $987,369 in February. February 2013 average sales price increased 40.3% from the February 2012 average sales price which was $703,705.
Average days on the market increased 11.3% from 194 in January to 216 in February. February 2012 average days on the market were 195, a 10.8% increase in market time.
Currently there are 311 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, up 14.3% from January. The average list price is $1,054,684, down .3% from January. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $95,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.

Lake Norman Waterfront Condos & Townhomes

The average sales price decreased 30.3% from $182,900 in January to $127,450 in February. February 2013 average sales price decreased 47.8% from the February 2012 average sales price which was $244,250.
Average days on the market increased from 292 in January to 210 in February. February 2012 average days on the market were 168.
Currently there are 49 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the Lake Norman MLS a 19.5% increase from January. The average list price is $267,467 up 6.9% from $250,046 last month.
