Average days on the market increased 32% from 147 in December to 194 in January. January 2012 average days on the market were 179, a 8.4% increase in market time.
Currently there are 272 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS, up 5.4% from December. The average list price is $1,057,780, down 2.1% from December. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $95,000 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.
