The young lady in the office (Karen Spruell), despite the office being closed, took time with us, and gave us information. Over the past 3 years Karen has carried a constant correspondence with us. During various trips to Mooresville, she was always available to show us the area and various houses in the area. Upon retirement we again arrived in Mooresville and Karen was there for us. She showed us house after house (this girl has patience plus). Finally she found us house we purchased. Karen went ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ in her dealings with us. Her excellence in showing us properties that she thought we would be interested in, along with her excellence in professional assistance and communication throughout the process from start to finish (closing), has to be commended. Lake Norman Realty should be proud and grateful you have an agent of her quality and ability.

After going around the lake, we gave Karen a call back, met with her and looked at property, and made an offer that day!
