Karen Spruell: By chance we stopped at Lake Norman Realty about 3 years ago about closing time. The young lady in the office (Karen Spruell), despite the office being closed, took time with us, and gave us information. Over the past 3 years Karen has carried a constant correspondence with us. During various trips to Mooresville, she was always available to show us the area and various houses in the area. Upon retirement we again arrived in Mooresville and Karen was there for us. She showed us house after house (this girl has patience plus). Finally she found us house we purchased. Karen went ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ in her dealings with us. Her excellence in showing us properties that she thought we would be interested in, along with her excellence in professional assistance and communication throughout the process from start to finish (closing), has to be commended. Lake Norman Realty should be proud and grateful you have an agent of her quality and ability.

Karen Spruell: We just walked into your office to get a map of Lake Norman and met Karen's smiling face. She offered some suggestions and said she was available to show property the next day. After going around the lake, we gave Karen a call back, met with her and looked at property, and made an offer that day! Before stopping at Lake Norman Realty and meeting Karen, we had stopped at another real estate agency close by, and had gotten a very cold greeting and no map! We would most definitely recommend Karen again. Nothing could have made this a better experience.
