In 1999 she and her husband Jerry moved to the Lake Norman area and she joined Lake Norman Realty, Inc. She has had over $6,000,000 in sales yearly since 2005.
Mike Spruell (Broker/ePro) graduated from Northwood University in 1991 with a degree in business management. He managed several steel related businesses in Michigan until moving to North Carolina in 1999. From that time until 2004 he also worked in business management. He began his real estate career in 2004 and became a partner with his mother Karen. His responsibilities include website design and maintenance, processing, advertising, and sales. Karen and Mikes combined sales have been over $8,000,000 yearly.
Janet Shawgo (Broker) associated with Lake Norman Realty, Inc in 2004 after relocating from Pennsylvania. She gained a vast amount of knowledge & experience as a real estate assistant to a multi-million dollar agent. Her many responsibilities included website maintenance, advertising, and processing. She is very excited about her career in sales.
Gerri Lynn Kemper is the newest member of the Lake Norman Homes Team, following the path of the many licensed Brokers in her family, she is the sister of Karen and aunt of Mike. She and her husband Gary moved from Indiana to Lake Norman in 2005 after she retired from the U.S. Post Office. She began working for the postal service right out of high school and became the youngest postmaster in Indiana at the age of 27. She also assisted in her family owned Real Estate Business and retail appliance/furniture store making her an expert at customer relations.
