Karen and Mikes combined sales have been over $8,000,000 yearly.
Janet Shawgo (Broker) associated with Lake Norman Realty, Inc in 2004 after relocating from Pennsylvania. She gained a vast amount of knowledge & experience as a real estate assistant to a multi-million dollar agent. Her many responsibilities included website maintenance, advertising, and processing. She is very excited about her career in sales.
Gerri Lynn Kemper is the newest member of the Lake Norman Homes Team, following the path of the many licensed Brokers in her family, she is the sister of Karen and aunt of Mike. She and her husband Gary moved from Indiana to Lake Norman in 2005 after she retired from the U.S. Post Office. She began working for the postal service right out of high school and became the youngest postmaster in Indiana at the age of 27.
